  7. Radishes make an excellent addition to this cream cheese based dip.

  9. 1 lb cream cheese, softened.
  10. 8 medium to large radishes
  11. 1 large carrot
  12. 1 small onion
  13. 1 green pepper
  14. 1 clove garlic
  15. salt and pepper to taste
  16. milk

  18. grate or chop finely all the vegetables (I use a food processor) and
  19. add to the softened cream cheese.  add salt and pepper to taste and
  20. milk to desired consistency.  refrigerate overnight and serve with
  21. potato chips, crackers, as a vegetable dip, etc.
